This is to notify you that the council of the West African States (ECOWAS) in conjunction with the African Union (AU) has recompensed you for the fraudulent acts perpetrated against you by its citizens in an ongoing program of Fraud Victim Compensation.

This resulted from the meeting held in Benin Republic on the 27th of June 2016 by representatives of the African Union / ECOWAS country foreign missions, the ECOWAS chairperson, Liberian president Ellen Johnson Sirleaf; the African Union Chairman, President Thomas Yayi Boni of Benin Republic, and the president of Nigeria's Muhhammed Buhari.

One of the high points decisions of the 49th Ordinary Session of ECOWAS Authority of Heads of State and Governments is the insistence of the UN, US, UK and European delegates is the payment of compensation to fraud victims defrauded by Africans, in order to receive assistance in recovering offshore loots by its citizens, especially Nigeria.

Investigations by the Task Force indicate that you were defrauded as indicated by your email profile as listed by the Interpol and FBI through email scam by fraudsters.

Victims are lured to such false transactions as contract payment schemes, Next of kin / inheritance claims, fake love dates, lottery wins, box of cash and fake game wins.

Be informed therefore that a total of two Million four hundred and fifty thousand US dollars ($2,450,000.00) has been allotted you by ECOWAS, as compensation for your trauma and losses to fraudsters. The stated amount is a benchmark amount for all noted victims irrespective of value of loss.

A reconfirmation of your contact address should be made available to this Embassy, along with your phone number in acknowledgement of this notice, to affect the processing and release of your compensation amount by the nominated HSBC Bank London.

Letter of Administration’s issuance. The costs is £500; but in order to
forestall delays, we have approved £500 for him to obtain the form and
send to you for completion.

Dear Nicholas Pratt,

Mr.Mark Anderson complained about your inability to follow up for the
processing of your letter of administration. What is not simple about his
method is it that you didn’t receive the form or that you can’t supply
your information to him?
The last mail he forwarded from you, was also asking his whereabouts? We
gave you his phone number in London, yet you ask such question. The form
you received came from the British Royal Court of Justice in London,
making your question unreasonable. So, you put it wrongly; but we have
been able to calm Mr. Anderson to attend to your letter of administration.

Once again, he is a British Commission affiliated lawyer in London, who
specializes in issues like yours.
Supply him, the information he needs to legalize your payment; at the
moment your file is almost dormant as against others in the batch.

To clarify the issue of location; we (British High Commission, Benin) are
the administrative coordinating department of this program of disbursement
of recompense from the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS)
to beneficiaries; we are located in Benin Republic.

The coordinating bank is the Bank of England; it is the UK apex bank where
the pool of funds is domiciled by the ECOWAS, while the HSBC Bank London
is the commercial bank to disburse to beneficiaries. They are all in
London. So don’t be confused by address and location.

literature, there is enough of it in the libraries and the internet. We
have no time to discuss irrelevant issues unconnected with the program, of
which we have many others to attend to. Neither do you expect us to
provide answers to vague and unspecific questions as request for
literature. If you misunderstand anything you ask reasonable direct

The payment process starts with presentation of a Letter of Administration
by the British Royal Court of Justice to the HSBC Bank for confirmation by
the Bank of England, and for your allocation to be released to the HSBC
bank to pay you.

The process is intricate, and it is to ensure probity and accountability,
checks and balances as well as surety, to avoid paying the wrong person.
So, follow the directives with dedication or you might regret.

Be notified that the Letter of Administration required as legal proof for
the payment of your recompense sum of Two Million Four Hundred and Fifty
Thousand US dollars ($2, 450,000.00) is still awaited.

You are expected to expedite action in that regard, for us to meet up with
the Bank of England's timing, so that your allotted money could be
transferred into our capital base with the apex bank to pay you.

We have received updates of what transpired so far in processing the
Letter of Administration since the first notice by this bank. Bear in mind
once more that this is not the only bank paying victims of fraud from the
pool of funds, deposited with the apex bank by ECOWAS. So, delay may
result to meeting no funds to pay you if there is no money available with
the Bank of England at the time you are through with delays.

Be reminded again, that the Letter of Administration from the British
Royal Court of Justice if not presented to the apex bank, they will not
release the money to pay you into our coffers; so the earlier the better.

You are expected to provide the Letter of Administration unfailingly, on
or before Friday the 7th of April 2017 if you must be paid; that is the
deadline given by the Bank of England for us to complete the required
processes and submit files of beneficiaries in our care.

Failure to meet the deadline, our application to get your money to pay
you, may be disregarded and discarded. Thus making the money available to
pay you, open for use to pay another beneficiary, who has fulfilled the
legal requirements, and whose funds may have been used earlier to pay
someone else.

Hello Dear Mr.Nicholas Pratt,

I am Mr. Willem Badenhorst head of luggage/baggage storage facilities at the John F. Kennedy International Airport, NY USA. In my last withheld-package routine check at the Airport Storage facility, I discovered an abandoned Metal Trunk Box prior to state confiscation, and decided to electronically scan it and ascertain its content.
When scanned, it revealed US Dollar, but due to the extreme security and seals of the metal trunk box, I could not ascertain the amount it inside, but I am sure it wouldn't be less than 4 million dollars.

When I went through the airport storage general ledger, there is no clear detail of recipient except your name and email address, and that the shipment was abandoned because its content was not properly declared, as well as the inability of the courier to pay the United States Non Inspection fee which is 3,200 USD, prompting me to contact you to see if we can have a deal.
If you are interested I need your prompt response in order to update your information in the general waybill ledger, and I will go ahead to pay the United States Non Inspection Fee of 3,200.00 USD as well as arrange for the delivery and possibly escort it to you.
