As of now i can see your web app isn’t complete. Probably you can make it more attractive to attract more clients along with providing the functionality to track their shipments with the tracking number. User will be also be able to subscribe to their shipments current status using social media i.e facebook and they will receive the status of shipments in their facebook chat conversation. You can show the analytics in the form of graphs to the users. This will be more helpful for them as they can track everything easily. You can also integrate the payment gateway in your app.

Did you saw the DHL tracking system? (linked i shared with you in my last email). That’s how it will work. Customer will get the unique tracking code and after that they can track their shipment using that code. You will get a separate panel from where your employee will be able to update the status of shipment and customer will view it. Customer will also be able to subscribe to notifications of their notification so when the shipment status will be updated customer of that shipment will be notified through email.
