Thank you very much for your email. Further to my proposal, I will like you to stand/represent as the heir apparent to my late client ''Late Engr. Rafael Douglas'' who died in auto crash in December 15th 2015. My Late Client Mr. Rafael Douglas, was a United States Citizen, an Oil Merchant in Doha Qatar, also a British based business man and international contractor before he died. Due to my failure to locate a potential family member to be presented as the next of kin to Late Engr. Rafael Douglas, I decided to contact you as a foreign partner for assistance in executing this transaction with me confidentially. However, since then I have made several inquiries to there embassy to locate any of my clients extended relatives or family but all in-vain, this has also proved to me unsuccessful. After these several unsuccessful attempts I made to locate any member of his family hence I contacted you for our mutual benefit, as the bank does not have any next of kin/beneficiary.

I also will urge you to be very confident in handling this matter IF we must succeed, as I am going to make a formal application in your name to the British probate registry here in London, UK for the procurement of the Special Power of attorney (Grant of presentation) from Her Majesty Court Service, here in London, UK which will empower you as the next of kin to Late Engr. Rafael Douglas. I hope to obtain the Power of attorney from the British government, (Her Majesty Court Service, London, UK) which will name you the heir apparent to my late client ''Late Engr. Rafael Douglas'', But before then I will send you a copy of the death certificate of Late Engr. Rafael Douglas, as issued by the hospital for your record purpose.

It is with the death certificate you can secure the power of attorney from the probate registry and subsequent fund release instruction from the Bank ''Santander UK PLC''. You will open up communication with the paying bank here in London to enable them inform you on the availability of the money by the paying bank here in London before the money will be released to you and consequently transferred into your nominated Bank account anywhere in the world. Also I am going to prepare the Memorandum of Understanding agreement that will protect the interest of you and I in this transaction.

At this juncture, it becomes pertinent to mention that the confidentiality required of you in this transaction can not be over emphasized. Take note that we shall legally prepare your name as the next of kin to Late Engr. Rafael Douglas who deposited the US$45,000,000.00 (Forty five Million United states dollars) by procuring all the legal documents of claim. In that regards I will file your claim to the Bank here in London UK for their approval. This i will use my position as the personal attorney to Late Engr. Rafael Douglas to facilitate the approval and as soon as it is approved, you will contact the bank or probably the bank may contact you either ways.

For the safety of this project, you should keep it strictly to yourself also endeavor to contact me so that I can formalize all legal documents relevant to this project and make available to you. As soon as these funds gets into your bank account, I will come down to your country with my family to invest my share of the money. So bear in mind that the total sum of US$45,000,000.00 (Forty five Million United states dollars), will be transferred into your bank account at the completion of this transaction.

Thank you very much for your email again. Like I said, be aware as I will like to present you as the next of kin/ relation representing my deceased client's family in receiving his abandoned Estate valued $45million. And as you may know I have made several inquiries to the US embassy in my attempt to locate any of the deceased extended relatives or family but all in-vain, and all proved to me unsuccessful.

Consequent to these, the bank has written several letter to me as the deceased personal attorney to provide anyone to be presented as the deceased relation and receive the estate funds. So I am using this medium to seek for your cooperation in this transaction and as a lawyer I am going to use my position in facilitating the needed legal documents, e.g Certificate of inheritance as well as the power of attorney in order to legalize your name for the purpose of receiving these estate, so that we can share the funds 50-50 or 60-40 depending on the terms of our agreement.
