to the nature of my job. I have gone through your company profile and
understand that you are into maritime and logistics, it will be my pleasure
of part of my fund is invested in such company. I understand that you are
the CEO of the company (MNESTY LLC) I would like to know if you have other
partners, since it is a limited liability company, wouldn't it be a good
idea if I also become a share holder of the company?

There is nothing to be afraid about. Am I intend to do is to keep the fund
secured in another country since the new financial control law introduced
in UAE is no more favorable to me.
Secondly since I am not a business man, I am asking that you help me
invest part of the fund in your maritime company but if you are not
interested in that, maybe you can help me look for a good commercial
property which I can purchase with the money.

It is my intention to get the fund out of UAE latest by the end of January
2017 because I understand the new law may take effect latest by the end of

I have written to the bank instructing then that I intend to get my
deposited funds transferred to my partner. They advised that their
financial attorney carries out legal documentation regarding such transfers
before their bank effects such transfers. They demanded that my partner
contact their bank and furnish him with every necessary information needed.

Therefore, I will need you to reconfirm your readiness to work with me
before I release my account details to you together with the contact of the
bank and their financial attorney.

I have already written to them and instructed them that it is my desire to
have my funds transferred to you. should contact them asap and let them
know that you are my partner and they should transfer my deposited funds to

done through swift. I am not a banker but I think it would be a swift
transfer.
