Of course, the hourly rate of a specific developer depends on his skills
set and experience level.

But, in average, for mobile (iOS, Android) - it's 25$ per hour per 1
developer (or nearly 4200$ per month = 25$* 168 hours)

By the way, are you mostly interested in iOS or Android?
