Just to clarify Ipsos-Eureka has received a nomination in the 2017 Business Excellence Awards.

The 2017 Business Excellence Awards offers us the chance to recognise the very best that the ever changing business environment has to offer, regardless of size, sector or even location.

All I need to know is whether you are happy to take this forward, if you are then please reply with ‘ACCEPT MY NOMINATION’.

Please find below some of our general FAQ answers, hopefully this answers any questions you may have – if not, please feel free to contact me again.

The Business Excellence Awards are now in their 4th consecutive year. This is one of our most popular award programs as it highlights various businesses of different sizes and backgrounds on their outstanding achievements over the past 12 months.

The process began with the voting form being live on our website for just over 4 months. We sent out a notification to our 108,000 readers to inform them that voting was open and in addition we contacted over 700,000 various businesses worldwide, again informing them voting is open. In addition, we also posted a notification over various social media platforms to encourage the public to cast votes as and where they saw fit.

The nomination form is set to anonymous, this is purely for the fact that we seem to get a better response this way as people are more inclined to cast votes without leaving their personal information. They will have nominated you under a specific sector or industry which I am able to disclose at the next stage.

If you do wish to move onto the shortlist this will then begin our research stage. This is where our in-house research department will begin compiling a case study on your firm. They will search through various websites to gather information on who you are, the services you provide, maybe even client testimonials if they can find them and further information to help support your nomination.

In addition, I will send over a brief questionnaire for supporting evidence – please note the questionnaire isn’t mandatory as we fully understand you are very busy, hence we have an in-house research department.

Once the case study is finalised this then gets passed to the judging panel who will review, discuss and deliberate over each case study individually and ultimately decide who deserves to win an award.

You will then be notified by myself in regards to the outcome. As stated in my previous message there are no mandatory costs to be part of the process or even to win.

As stated that are no costs to accept your nomination or be on the shortlist. In addition, there are no mandatory costs to win an award either. If you do go on to win an award we will have various packages to celebrate your success however these will start from the free of charge option upwards.

In terms of how this applies to your company and how you can use it - it’s a huge compliment to receive a nomination - as on the voting form people cannot select a company they specially have the type the details of the company they wish to nominate. Now this shows that you have been very successful over the past year - and more - as people wish to recognise your company for the work and services you provide!

Moving forward, if you accept the nomination this will then put you in the running of potentially going on to win an award - now what's better than being recognised for your hard work and your achievements? I have gone through the nomination forms and I can confirm you have been nominated under the wider category of Transport & logistics with maritime.

Of course this isn’t set in stone – if you believe there is a different category that suits you better, please let me know and I will happily update the system.

Also, I am aware this does sound very vague at this stage however, if you decide to join the shortlist, this is when our research phase will kick in a where our in-house team will put together a whole case file around your company and your nomination. This will also be the stage where you are welcome to submit any supporting details you deem to help support your case.
