Thanks for your reply to my mail/proposal, I will need your full cooperation and understanding as we work in one accord, like I stated in my previous email, your role in this transaction, you will be receiving, investing and managing the $60Million on my client behalf(You will be my client Investment Manager)my client is interested in any good business that will generate good profit at the end of each year, especially acquiring of properties and building of estates in choice area or any other business you think will be profitable in your country.

You will be paid 20% of the total amount, and an Additional 10% from the ROI (RETURNS ON INVESTMENT) I will demand your honesty, confidentiality and cooperation on this matter as my client's position as a government official does not permit her to own or operate an oversea account or company. As soon as you assure me you can work with my terms then we can proceed.

Please note that this is a business transaction based on mutual trust and I appreciate your humble self for giving me the opportunity to pursue this matter of mutual benefit with you. As you already know my client is a government official still serving as a Minister in the Costa Rica government her name is Dr. Mrs. Maria Luisa Avila Aguero, but she really wants this transaction to be kept secret, and she cannot be directly involved because her position does not permit her to own or operate an Oversea Account or Company.

To brief you further, please note that the fund originates from supply of Indonesian coal to Ministry of Interior affairs in Iraq by contractors recommended by Dr. Mrs. Maria Luisa Avila Aguero during her tenure at United Nations Board in the Food for oil program. The $60,000,000:00 is an aggregate of commission given to Dr, Mrs. Maria Luisa Avila Aguero from other contractors who also supplied food and medicines.

To avoid scandal, and because of her position in government, she cannot claim this fund directly with her name, hence your trusteeship and representation. The funds (US$60Million) are presently deposited in a Bank here in Europe.

All I require is your honest co-operation to enable us see this transaction through and start a lasting business/investment relationship. I guarantee that this will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect you from any breach of the Law. Trust me, as an attorney when I say this is a risk-free business relationship it will take about three (3) working days for me to process the documents for the release of the investment funds to you.

Once this is done, I will send the financial institution (Bank) contact to you, so you can contact them directly as the beneficiary of the fund for the immediate transfer of the funds to you. I re-assure you that every document from the origin of the fund will be presented to you before we conclude this transaction and also memorandum of understanding between you and my client will be drawn as fast as possible to enable us begin this transaction
