Someone forwarded a spammer's email to Spamnesty, which replied to the email, pretending to be a person called Deborah Frost and starting a conversation.

Ecommerce site rates are $1000-$1300.

The development takes 1 week for Landing page or basic website.
But of course it greatly depends on your project specifications.
