develops the action plan of the administration in conjunction with the
Director of the institution.*

*The Treasurer is responsible for the day-to-day management and programming
of the food needs of the residents. It has the management of all the
equipment of the structure of which it is in charge of the maintenance. He
ensures the proper maintenance of the premises. He is responsible for the
