I'm not quite sure what that reply means. As I mentioned, it would be
easier to understand if we were to actually talk to each other over the
phone or skype. If you are unfamiliar with us, that is the route I would

Hey Tara,

My job is to book meetings and demos with my account manager so they can
give the relevant information you are asking for. I would highly suggest
talking to one of them over either skype or the phone (which I can
absolutely set up for you). The sales cycle can take take weeks or months,
so they wouldn't be trying to sell you on something you don't want right
away. They would simply be assessing your situation and seeing if it would
be a good fit, and answering any questions you may have - including how we
differentiate ourselves. Is this something you would be comfortable with?
