Thanks for your mail.We work with collateral lenders in Europe and Asia.. Normally we get collateral's from top AA rated banks and they charge us a minimal fees to trade with it, but at the end of the trade  they get a percentage when the instrument is returned.
However, I will explain to you how the process works in other for you to get a full understanding and how this can be achieved in the timeline I have stated. Stanstead Management work with platforms in Switzerland and Hong Kong, I believe we have one of the best platforms in Europe, as in when we get a good collateral we achieve maximum returns from the instrument when placed in the bullet program for a short period of time.
We have located a collateral for you and we are ready to go, if you are ready then we can move to secure it. When it has been secured and the fee paid, the collateral lender will send instrument to our platform where it is traded to generate funds for the loan. This fund will be generated to your account that you will set up at Bank of Scotia, who are linked to our platform. I will be sending you the application form to set up the account, because once the collateral or instrument is put into trade the proceed goes into your account at Bank of Scotia and when the funds are confirmed, they can be wired to your account in your country for your business transaction.
Most collateral's from AA rated banks such as Deutsche bank, HSBC, Royal bank of Scotland, Barclays bank are very expensive to lease and put into trade for a period of 365 plus one 1 day. What Stanstead have managed to do is broker a deal with the banks where we can work and generate the loan amount requested by our client then give back the instrument to the collateral lenders with good interest rate and percentage at the end of the bullet program. So, this is a win win situation for us and the bank and the collateral lender attached to the bank. Note, the collateral's are given to us to put into our platform for a period between 30 to 90 days to generate the money needed for your transaction. (Banks are not allowed to trade or do this kind of deal but we have a relationship with these banks to get the collateral's and make money for them and also make money for us too.
Getting a collateral of a value of $500 m (Five hundred Million Dollars) that will generate cash funds for the loan will cost millions of dollars (more than $2 million) but we are not asking you to pay this fee. What is required of you is to pay t. Once the instrument is released to the platform the first payout of 10% will cover the cost of the instrument/collateral, and the balance funds goes into your account at bank of Scotia. In 3-4 weeks funds would have been generated for your loan amount and fees for the bank and others. After the goal has been achieved, collateral is returned to the collateral lender and the bank. I will need you to confirm to me as soon as possible if this is something you group will want to do. If they are positive, then we can proceed to contact the collateral lenders to have the collateral ready to go.
Once I receive your next mail for us to proceed, I shall send  you the final approval and a draft copy of agreement for your endorsement. Upon receipt, I will email you the account application form and introduce you to our private banker attached to Bank of Scotia, who will   guide, notify you on every deposit of the funds and monitor each deposit as it comes to your account.
The agreement will state all the terms and conditions of the loan and its repayment. Note that the finder fee and release fee is returned at the end of the trade on the collateral. If you chose not to proceed with this arrangement kindly let us know so we can move on with other transactions.
