We work on two models. ‘Time & Material’ and ‘Fixed Bid’

In Time & Material, we provide you the with the number of resources
depending on the skill set required. You assign the work to them on a
daily/weekly basis and they deliver as needed. The project management is
primarily done by you.

In a Fixed Bid model, we gather the entire scope of the project, build out
a proposal with cost estimates, project planning, and resource planning. We
assume the entire responsibility of the delivery of the Project.
