Also, what is your pricing model like?

Our pricing varies by location within Ukraine or Argentina, skills and
seniority. The rates range from $25 to $59 per hour, I’ll be happy to send
you a rate card with details.

To be clear, we are not selling the lowest rates, we are selling the best
outcome because we have the best developers (really!), which is why we get
98% retention rate from our clients :-)

Sure.

We offer our clients blended rates which allow to keep the high
productivity following cost-effective approach. For example, Junior
developer plus one senior would be ($25 + $43)/2 = $34 blended rate. If you
want to use an architect it is $54 but you wouldn't need a lot of hours.

Also, we can do a discount if you would like to build a team of 10+ people
with us.

Are there any options that would fit your budget expectations?
