Hello,
That is very interesting! Could you elaborate? Do you have any details online I could look at?

Hi Jessica,

Yes off course. As a general rule in centralized BI business users need to
be able to choose what solutions they need to solve their business pains,
but IT needs to choose how to deploy those solutions in order to govern
over data security. Here's the link to the white paper
http://landaz.panorama.com/centralized-itand-business-shorten.html

I recommend you read it as it explains everything in more detail. Or we
also have a 15 min webinar on this topic. You can register here and watch
it on demand:

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi,
I shared this with the board, and they're all very interested. Could you give me some contact details for further discussion? Also, do you share some information about your company's finances? The board wants to ensure that any company we do business with is financially solvent.

Hi Jessica,

Sure, let me introduce you to my colleague Inna, CCd in this email. Can you
please provide me with a phone number so she can schedule a follow up call
with you?

As for sharing financial information, we are a private company so we
usually don't share that info. But we are financially stable. It's
something you can talk about in more detail with a product specialist.

Hi Jessica,

Nice to e-meet you.

I will be more than glad to schedule a meeting with our team but to schedule it with the right people within Panorama I need you to share with me some details.

1. How many users will use the BI solution ? are toe users are internal or external?

2. What kind of data sources do you have (SQL, Excel, Oracle, Hadoop, data warehouse, etc.)

3. What would you like to achieve with a BI solution?

4. Your availability for the meeting (it usually takes no more than an hour, and we do it via GoToMeeting tool)

Look forward to your response.

Hello,
That sounds great. What sort of volumes are we looking at? What can you reasonably provide, and what turnaround times are we expecting? We're a pretty agile organization and would like to expedite delivery on this.

Hi Jessica,

When it comes to deployment time we can do a project in days, we can be
very fast but that also depends on you and on your data sources. As for
pricing we are very competitive. I think the best thing will be to have a
call so we can discuss in more detail. That way I will be able to
understand your needs better and we can give you better answers.

Let me know when would be a good time to discuss this.

Hi Jessica,

I'm glad to hear back from you. I would really like to learn a bit more
about which data sources you use and what are your company's needs. This
will help me deliver to you more on point information that you can present
to the board. Would you like me to call you and we can discuss this in 5
min?

Hi Jessica,

Necto works at enterprise level and is very agile. It is also very easy to
scale up, in case you want to grow the number of users as time goes by. And
we can do the deployment in days, depending also on the type of data
sources that you have. Could you tell me what data sources you use?
