Hello,
I talked to my colleagues about this but they seemed to have some apprehensions; namely, they're worried that the offer isn't fleshed out enough. Would you be able to go into more detail about exactly how this would be structured?

Dear Mr. Douglas Burke I want you to understand that this is a business you will be able to handle from the comfort of your home or office without affecting your regular business/job. Having said that,I would like to assure you that this venture is as legitimate as bidding for any normal government advertised tender, though you will have the advantage of having privileged inside connections to make it happen. You are to become a middleman/sales agent between our company (SANAGOL OIL COMPANY)  the  Government of Angola (MINPETANG) Ministry of Petroleum Angola AND SASOL REFINING OIL COMPANY SOUTH AFRICA.You will be corresponding between the SANAGOL  (seller) and  (SASOL SOUTH AFRICA) the BUYER  electronically from the comfort of your home. To set the ball rolling in this venture, the first step is for us to apply for the license from the MINPETANG . You can either apply with your registered company if you have one as it carries more impetus or apply as an individual.
The role of a middleman is to locate buyers for the crude oil that will be allocated to you being a license owner with the  MINPETANG  and act on behalf of the  MINPETANG in selling the crude to the buyer. This is simply because MINPETANG  does not deal directly with the buyers of their product but through approved licensed agents who serve as their sales agents/middleman in their sales operations hence the very important need for you to apply and acquire the license from the MINPETANG.

I will also link you up with SASOL SOUTH AFRICA which has intentions to buy 2 million barrels of SANAGOL crude on monthly bases for 1 year. (So the commissions are paid out every month throughout the duration of the 12month contract.)This implies that you will not have problems finding a buyer. I will guide you to apply for the license and also guide you step by step in all your correspondences between the  MINPETANG  and the SASOL until the SASOL pays the  MINPETANG for the crude after which your commissions will be calculated and paid into your nominated receiving account.

Getting this license will give you the legal authorization of the SANAGOL to become their sales agent. Acquiring this license is the most difficult part of this venture because of the lucrative nature of the commissions paid to license owners every month , not to worry I have put plans in place to make sure you will be favorably considered once you apply for the license. I will guide you to apply for this license and once you obtain it, the game is over. If you agree to this I would like us to have an agreed memorandum of understanding signed between us to guide us moving further.

Awaiting your response to enable us to move  the venture further.  Regards, Engr.Sebastiao MartinsPrivate Phone: +27630035993

Good Morning, I have sent
you the modalities and do not know which other details you wanted me to send to
you, However I would appreciate if you ask specific questions, I asked for your
contact details, I believe you are still considering, I think you need to make
a determination if you want this transaction or not rather than sitting on the
face,
The Online details you
are asking for you will get it ,for now we have to establish a good  cordial working relationship and follow each
step of the transaction, at this stage, we need to ask ourselves if we are
ready and serious to partner with each other, if  we agree,
we will sign our MOU, we have to accomplish this first stage first
before going into the transaction proper.
I look forward to hearing
from you.
Yours,

Good day I would like to introduce you to a business of oil supply as I have a lucrative offer that would be of benefit to us. Angola is the second largest crude oil producing country in Africa; I work for UNH OIL Angola, as a procurement supervisor. UNH OIL Angola is engaged in the supply of gas oil and diesel oils for the marine and industrial transport use situated in the Republic of Angola / Europe and Africa at large. As I said, I believe that we could take advantage of the high price of gas oil/petrol in Southern Africa countries of South Africa, Zimbabwe, and The Congo respectively, to our own benefit. On my desk is a mandate to arrange for Oil purchase from Republic of South Africa, Zimbabwe, and The Congo for up to 2,000,000 barrels on monthly bases for 12 calendar months. This purchase is what we call a back door purchase / black market in oil market, my colleagues and I have been conducting this back door supplies / black market oil supply to most big companies in South Africa, Zimbabwe, and the Congo including private mines, agriculture, and manufacturing companies for use on their plants in times like this when the normal petrol price is high. The reason for my reaching out to you is because we are in the process of establishing a middleman structure to mediate between the 2 parties involved (our Company and the Companies in Southern Africa) before any contract is signed. You may be wondering why I cannot do it myself. The honest fact is that an employee working for this company, it is against our company operational ethics/policy for an employee to be involved or profit in any financial dealings with our Company hence I am looking for a trustworthy person outside my work circle to maintain a discreet profile. I wish to extend this partnership to you my friend to build a middleman structure with you while I work from the background to guide you. Our commission/brokerage as the middleman is between $2 - $3 per barrel so if the target of 2M barrels is met monthly we stand to share $4M - $6M every month for a span of 12 months. Contact me if you are interested in this deal so I can give you more details. Jean BosvuProcurement SupervisorCrude Oil & Products Trading DivisionTel: +244 226 425 532WhatsApp: +244928139006Email:[email protected]:[email protected]

Good Day Thank you for your swift response. Before we proceed, I would like to bring to your knowledge that this deal would be of immense benefit to us if we commit our time to it.Our company has been handling this kind of supply via Angola to buyers worldwide for an exceptionally long time and we have never had any hitch in any of our supplies and as regards payment, we have equally not encountered any form of delays. The UNH OIL Angola is only taking advantage of the crisis in the neighbouring African thereby making the purchase of Brent crude via black market out of OPEC regulation quite easy. And at the same time exploiting the high price of petrol in South Africa to our benefit. Our South African buyers are mainly the private mining sectors, who are trying to minimize cost on oil usage. The supply of the product is done the normal way via which supplies of petroleum products are conducted both internationally and locally. We would not by-pass any regulations during the supply period, the only difference is that the prizes are a little lesser to allow us to make much profit at the end of the day. What I am trying to explain, is that we get the oil at a cheaper rate via the black market and then sell it to the South African buyers a little lower than the normal price of petrol.
……………Now the major reason why I need you as a neutral person on board this deal. My company is at full and 100% liberty to make this supply to the South African companies and enjoy all the dividends that come from it, but they would have no choice than to sell at the same lower rate to you if they know that the South African companies have placed their orders through you as their agent. Then they (My Company) would enjoy the normal dividends and we would also get a cut of US$ 2-3 Million per supply. You will not need to stress yourself with the logistics and procedure of this supply from Angola to South African Buyers, all I need from you is the below:To proceed with this deal:1.    There would be a need for you to be registered on the petroleum supplies database here in Angola under the Angolan petroleum product supply act.2.    As soon as the registration is done, I would then release your contact data as our recommended supplier to our South African Based buyers and they would contact you to decide for supplies of not less than 2,000,000 barrels per month. Then other arrangements to make sure that the supplies get to the buyers in time would be my duty from this side and all payments come to you as the supplier which would be disbursed accordingly.Find attached the WHOLESALE LICENSE application form to be filled.Address the documents via email to:Mrs. Bernice Klak
Department of Gas & Petroleum ResourcesAv. 4 de Fevereiro nº 105, Luanda, AngolaEmail: [email protected] Also, send a copy to me for confirmation before you send it to the above office.Remember, nobody should know of my involvement with you, I will only guide you from this angle and you just follow my instructions to get the license for the supplies. As soon as the orders are placed through you, I would then step in as the worker with the UNH OIL Angola to make sure that the order is delivered accordingly and in time to keep a good business relationship.Furthermore, all payments would come to you as the supplier and then you will pay my company what is due to them and then keep the profit for both of us to share.Note that this deal is done with trust and total commitment and I have my trust in you.I humbly await your urgent response.Best RegardsJean Bosvu
