How are you today? The both offers are legitimate but we have to present your business ideas and required funding to our investors. We can only proceed with documentation if any of the investors agreed  to fund your project and idea depending on what kind of funding you want, either business loan or a silent Investor. If the investors insisted you have to meet in person, then you have to meet with the investor but this is not required for silent investor because our chamber will do all the due diligence, Remittance, and monitoring  
However, once you identify the kind of funding you require including amount and business details, We would send you a Fee Protection Agreement (FPA) which states our 0.5% commission for the amount  we generated for you.
