he process starts with your registration on the platform, updating your profile and your resume.
After you did that, there are several Multiple Choice Questions Tests that you must take.
Some of them are mandatory, and some are skills related. There are tests for different skills available on the platform.
After you complete the tests. you are then invited to schedule a Technical Interview conducted by an experienced Turing technical interviewers.
After the sucessful completion of the Technical interview, there is an Onboarding interview in which you discuss your profile, availability and rate.
When all the parts of the vetting process are sucessfully completed you are then presented to the clients and selected for a job based on the results of your MCQs, technical and onboarding interview and experience.
Your rate depends on your sucesss in the vetting process, and your experience in the required field.
Also, I would like to point out that we are now in the requirement of the developers for React, React+Node, Python roles.
