STEP 1.
We sign a MOU document,
The MOU will state terms and conditions, our respective roles and
obligations, it will be our bond and guide for the period of the

STEP 2 . We submit a letter of claim to the Payment validation Dept.

So the payment will hit your account as payment for contract executed,
therefore you won=E2=80=99t have any issue with your bankers or local

Time frame We are looking at 14 banking days Maximum from the date of

I told you in my introductory proposal that the intended transfer amount
is USD 9.3M, . To get this amount out of the project account, it has to
be transferred to your company account as payment for a work program in
a Natural Gas Project in BANGLADESH.
The Natural Gas Access Improvement Project is financed by Asian
Development Bank (ADB).
This Project cost is estimated at US$542m, this includes the loan of
$261 million (Ordinary capital Resources) from Asian Development Bank
(ADB).The original contractor have being paid leaving this amount for me
as the site engineer to claim as my PR,but i can not claim it directly
because i am still an active staff with UN.
This project was under direct supervision of Bangladesh Oil, Gas &
Mineral Corporation (PETROBANGLA) in cooperation with United Nation(UN)
supervision under community development project in Bangladesh
Government,which i was the site engineer.I will partner with you and
present you as the contractor supplier on the contract site not paid.
In order words we will structure the transfer of 9.3M USD as payment
due to your company for the Supply & Installation of 25,000 units of
TEMCO Heatproof transformers and 2 units of cutting suction
Dredgers(Hawk & Baracuda Models)for the project claim.
I will secure all back up documents and back date it in your company
name to appliy for the claiming of the Funds.You don't have to worry,i
gurantee your 100% protection,all i need is your cooperation as my
partner and every thing will move on fine.I hope you understand me now

is sequel to your non response of our earlier letter to you On behalf
of the Trustees and Executors to the Will of late Mr Mohammad
Mirmohammadi , I wish to notify you that you were listed as a
beneficiary to the bequest of the sum of US$2m [Two million US Dollars]
in the codicil and last testament of the deceased. The late Mohammad
Mirmohammadi until his death was A member of a council that advises
Iran’s supreme leader,Managing Director and pioneer staff of a big
construction Company,Fishing and Agricultural Company,and Petroleum
company here in Iran. He was a very dedicated Musilam,Freemason and a
great philanthropist during his lifetime.
Late Mr Mohammad
Mirmohammadi died of Covid-19 in Iran last year 2020. He was buried
immediately according to Islamic tradition at the age of 71 years. Late
Mr Mohammad Mirmohammadi even though he was from Iran living and working
here in Iran as one of Top government officials, he requested before
his death that he be buried here in his words, "I regard here as My home
and the people as my people". He said that this token is for Charity,

Below is the draft of the agreement/ memorandum of understanding. Please
read through and advice, comment on your observations or change if there
is any so that I can have it prepared by the Lawyer and copies sent to
you for endorsement by Monday morning my Country time.
Note that this is just a draft and once we agree, it will be made legal
with all proper names and addresses affixed herein.
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING / NON DISCLOSURE CONFIDENTIALITY PARTNERSHIP
AGREEMENT
This Agreement is between Miss Soomi Ro, Head, Procurement Management
Section representing his team with registered address at Bldg. 53,
Ohtemachi 1-chome,Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-0004 – Japan hereby referred to
as PARTY A
and
Jane Richards (CEO) representing ,MNesty, LLC , MNesty, LLC with
registered address as ------------------------- Hereby referred to as
PARTY B
PARTY A and PARTY B are both partners in business transaction of value
US$9,300,000 only.
The modalities involved in this business transaction require the active
participation of both PARTY A and PARTY B and also the unknowing,
participation of various ignorant third parties then let it be
PARTY A and PARTY B do hereby agree by affixing signatures to this
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING that:
1) They will maintain a non-disclosure of their business details,
therefore under no circumstance should PARTY A or PARTY B reveal or
disclose the details/ modalities of the funds transfer to any third
party.
2) The proceeds of this business transaction shall be deposited in
an account to be nominated by PARTY B and PARTY B has agreed to
guarantee the safety of these proceeds in his nominated account.
3) The specifics of the sharing of the proceeds have been
previously agreed to by both PARTY A and PARTY B
4) PARTY B shall be entitled to 40 % (US$3,720,000) of the total
Funds transferred and does not require any oral or written approval from
PARTY A to have this payment representing full payment of his services.
5) 5% (US$465,000) only shall be used to cover all expenses
incurred in the process of making this transaction a success both Party
A and B. The remainder 55% (US$5,115,000) will be kept by PARTY B for
Investment purposes.PARTY A and B shall be partner in the investment.
6) In no case shall PARTY B request of PARTY A any proportion that
is greater than that previously agreed to by both PARTY B and PARTY A
7) PARTY A and PARTY B have agreed to exercise due diligence
absolute confidentiality in the execution of this agreement.
The said business transaction is free from any encumbrances such as
Drugs, Terrorism activities
