New Feature - Reporting on Bounced Messages and Total Messages Sent
To ensure clients emails are landing in their prospects inboxes, power users asked for statistics on bounces and total messages sent. Now available in our reports dashboard.
New Feature - Custom and Fallback Variable Rework
You can now set default variables when data is unavailable. Example syntax below, feel free to replace "first_name" with the variable of your choosing.

The product is now faster & snappier than ever thanks to some backend query optimization and front end framework consolidation.

Users were looking to filter their "My Contacts" in a variety of ways - bounced, by status, by company name, etc to better understand their results and double click on specific segments. We'll have this in "beta" by early next week.
New Feature - Forwarding Replies from Inbox
Often prospecting is done on separate domains from your original clients, so we've made it easy to forward conversations directly from the Inbox. 
New Feature - P2P Email Warming
To keep your emails landing in the primary inbox folder, we've created a P2P Email Warming (login required) feature.
New Feature - Email Schedule Ramp
To make sure you don't burn your domain when setting up new accounts (some folks are setting up and managing 30 - 150 accounts), we've built a ramp schedule feature to bring your emails from 5 emails a day to over 100 without lifting a finger.
New Support - Ongoing Email Deliverability Support

In this step, we run a financial analysis and start tuning the machine.

You want your LTV/CAC ratio to be at least 3 - which means for every dollar you spend, you make at least $3 back.

If you can’t achieve this, you will need to adjust your targeting, your funnel, your pricing, your upsells, your downsells and your crosssells.

You want to track ROI on CASH and ROI on revenue. People get into trouble when they don’t watch CASH. They think skies are blue, but if you don’t actually collect the cash, your skies are dark. Keep an eye on that, please.
