Firstly, I appreciate your concern towards this transaction, it shows
that you are intelligent/matured in mind and will be able to handle
this business with faithfulness and trust.

At this point, we need to be truth to ourselves and remove greed, as
soon as the transfer is concluded into your designated bank account,
you will retain 40% of the total sum as compensation for your
assistance, while 50% will be for me, then 10% will be for the sworn
affidavit through an attorney for change of beneficiary to your favor.
As soon as this is done, the affidavit will be notarized in court and
