I am not into investment banking. The funding is a private initiative. You would only be introduced to the forwarding bank once all arrangements were done successfully.
There would not be much for us to really talk about. What I can do is to either get the terms of engagement/agreement documents which I can email to you. OR alternatively, if you may desire, I would get the email contact of the investors attorney to you.
The onus is on you. If you receive the agreement documents, you go through it and if it meets your requirements, then you can begin discussions with the investors attorney.
Also, there is a window available. The funding can be allotted as a loan.
