Thank you for your response to my email, and your willingness to assist me in this transaction and below are detail and guidelines on how we can get this transaction done successfully and please read it carefully.
Firstly, I want you to know that this transaction is legal and 100% safe, you do not need to have any doubt and also you have nothing to worry about because all arrangements regarding this transaction will be legally done to avoid any breach of the law
from both sides.
I have worked out all modalities for making this transfer a success. I will swear an Affidavit in your name which will legally present you as the beneficiary/next of kin to the deceased and his funds, also a letter of mandamus will be gotten from the probate
office to legally allow you to stand as the beneficiary/next of kin to the deceased.
Secondly, when this is done, your file will be submitted to various departments of the bank for vetting and approval. This application process will take between Twelve (12) to Forty-Eight (48) hours before it will be approved. When this approval is granted,
the remittance department of the bank will contact you to let you know how the funds can be remitted to your bank account.
