1.Europa receives evidence and proof that the client got funds to pay their issuing fees

2.Europa sends completed application form and proforma to Emerio Banque

3.Emerio Banque reviews the application and sends draft L/C along with the Account Opening Form to the client via cedar.

4The client completes the forms and gets the bank Account Opened and deposit the fee into it.

 5.The draft L/C is approved by the supplier with their signature and stamp.

6.Emerio Banque sends an indemnity document to the client to sign along with an invoice for the payment of the issuing charges.

7.Emerio Banque receives the signed indemnity document back and debits the accounts of the client with the issuing fees, and gets the L/C swift immediately to the beneficiary Bank.

8.Emerio Banque sends the relayed copy immediately to the client by email.

End of transaction.

**. Please note the Emerio Banque is the Account Holder, Processer, and Account Manager of the UNITED OVERSEAS BANK – SINGAPORE, and HABIB BANK AG, HK
 
CASSA SBLC Closing Procedure

3.Emerio Banque reviews the application and sends draft SBLC along with the Account Opening Form to the client via Europa.

Signed and Notarized the Indemnity agreement and the BPU [provided after the transaction is approved].
Issuance rates vary from 5-7% of the instrument size. If delivery of the instrument is done by SWIFT, there might be a SWIFT advising fee that needs to be paid before the message is sent.
The fee amount and issuance rate shall be determined after you submit the application.
