A.With your full details as requested,we will put in application of claim approval of the contract payment sum of $35m in your favor through our corporation(NNPC) Accounts dept.
B.Upon the approval,NNPC will send application of foreign exchange allocation to the tune of $35m to the Federal ministry of finance,Accountant General of the Federation and Auditor General of the Federal for final approval and remittance order to our Apex bank(CBN)
C.Central bank of Nigeria will be ordered to release and credit your nominated bank with the full contract payment.
