We would require blueprints and construction plans from our customers. After the receiving of these, we would
identify the quantity takeoff and construction estimation.
Both of these calculations would then be shared with our clients via email along with the proposal of performing these tasks. If the customer is interested then we will initiate the working on the project.

Our estimates are based off blueprints. For takeoff�s creation we use renowned software Blue Beam and PlanSwift.
We put pricing for each item with help of specific area labor rate either union or non-union and for material we have always updated sheets prepared with help of vendor sheets, market surveys and online resources so our prices are always reliable.
Final Estimate file will be in excel editable form you can make the changes you want.
All you would like to try and do is simply send us the drawings (PDF file) then we'll offer you a quote shortly and if you in agreement with the quote then we'll build the detailed estimate.
