delivering arrangement, I am just coming back from the diplomatic
office right now, The diplomat director said to deliver the package
to you will cost you $8000 dollars for the delivering charge, But
their condition is that,Upon the arrival of the diplomat in your
country as you meet him face to face you will give them $4000 dollars
as partial payment to clear the package from the airport customs and
