We are in receipt of your just received response though you are yet to reconfirm your full name and address, copy of your identification and your direct telephone number for easy communication. As a follow up to our earlier correspondence to you, it is to be noted that instructions were given to us by the Federal Ministry of Finance (FMF), office of the Senate Committee Federal Republic of Nigeria and Accountant General of the Federation (AGF) Nigeria to immediately verify your interest fund claims for an irrevocable release of your funds to you before the end of this quarter of the year. A presidential gazette has been raised in favor of your funds and it will be fully obeyed as directed by the governing body of the Bank upon certified confirmation from the authorities.

Before we can proceed, you are urgently required to choose your method of receiving your funds from the two options available AS WELL AS RECONFIRM YOUR FULL DETAILS TO US. You can receive your interest fund of $4.5 million either by Bank to Bank transfer or by ATM CARD delivery to your address. Furthermore, it is imperative for you to know that your payment will be irrevocably released to you only as soon as you complete the formalities set up by the Federal Ministry of Finance (FMF), office of the Senate Committee Federal Republic of Nigeria and Accountant General of the Federation (AGF) Nigeria which is for you to swear an Affidavit of Oath at the Federal High Court of Appeal, authorizing the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to pay you the accrued interest fund valued at of (US$4.5M) as the Rightful Owner of the funds.

So you are urgently required to make your decision on how you would want to receive your funds by reconfirming your full banking details if you choose Bank to Bank transfer or reconfirm your receiving address if you choose ATM CARD delivery. I will guide you accordingly on the process of the oath swearing at the court of law since it is the only obligation you must fulfill in order to receive your funds unhindered.
