We are working with several “Great Place to Work” Companies (Capita, Aspire Systems and Higher One. etc.) for their employee performance management needs. All with a focus on creating performance based culture and developing higher level of employee engagement.
* We help you through GOALS MANAGEMENT (where managers & employees can sit and decide on the goals)
* Then comes PERIODIC CHECK-INs where manager keeps track of employee’s performances and conduct short meetings to assure if they are on track, happy at work, etc.
