According to your qeustions, i am a staff of UBA BANK, ABIDJAN, i am
an eplyee of the bank and one of the remittance officers and i happens
to discover that the depositor of the money is late and nobody is
coming up for the claims of the fund even any of his relatives could
not be found as the daughter being the next of kind died with him in
the accident where all the members of his family were involved in the
accident.

. I will give you 40 percent of the money immediately transferred and
confirmed in your receving bank account in your country and i wish
that you will mange the investment programme in your country when fund

. All we need to do is to do the change of ownership of the fund in

I went to the remittance office this morning to discuss with the bank
director, Dr. EDWARD KONE, i have explained to him that a business
partner of late Mr. David Silas, want the deposited fund to be
transferred to his bank account since his business partner
died in accident with all the members of his family. I told him your
name and he said he did not receive any email or attachment as
regards to that effect.

i will be really interested to get the fund transferred to your bank
account provided you can be trusted to help receive the fund into your
bank account and also invest the fund into profitable ventures in your
country. As i earlier informed you, the fund was an over-invoiced
contract fund which has been forgotten in the bank for so many years
by the Government of Cote d' Ivoire. I am in charge of this fund and
any foreigner whom i introduce to the bank as the owner of the fund is
legible to receive the fund into his or her bank account.

Right now, i have explained to the director in charge of foreign
transfers that you have contacted the remittance office to help you
