have been a banker for 18 years and I can assure you of the legal process to
get the funds transferred into your bank account without any problem. And
first we are going to sign a joint venture investment agreement so that the
funds will come to your bank as a joint venture investment fund. You will stand
as the investment fund’s manager while I will stand as the investor/fund’s

yet. I do not want us to fail because many transactions failed due to being
unable to follow the legal protocols.

My duty here is that I will be the person to take care of
the Lawyer fee and the cost of the legal documents to back up the claim and the
funds released into your bank account. This will cost me lots of money but I
have discussed with my wife who has agreed to support me with part of the money
to pay for this if we agree to go.

Your duty here is that you will take care of the dormant
bank account reactivation cost, because the account has been dormant for 6
years and activation is required to make the account operational before the
bank will release the funds into your designed bank account, although the
activation money will be credited back into the bank account within 24 hours
upon activation. So we are not losing the activation money.

This transaction requires utmost trust and dedication from
your side, since you will be receiving the funds as the Next of Kin/ Heir to
Johnson Montalto and shall be in control of the money, until I come over for my
share.

You do not have to come down here for the claim; the lawyer
will represent you and handle all the documentation involved. There is no risk
involved; the transaction will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that
will protect both of us from any breach of law.

The lawyer will do all the work and documentation required
for the release of the funds to you as the rightful Next of Kin/ Heir to late
Johnson Montalto. And we can get this done within a few banking days if you can
follow my instructions.

There must be a legal connection between you and Late Mr.
Johnson before the bank will agree to release the funds to you and that is why
we need to secure a change of ownership and affidavit in support of oath
obtained in your name by the Attorney who will represent us here, this will
enable you stand as the beneficiary to the funds before the bank will agree to
release the funds to us.

and send me your full address and ID scanned copy so that I will forward to the
