Now, in clear terms I am going to be dealing with you in strict partnership agreement. That means I will have to assign roles to both of us. You must also be very mindful of that I have waited till this time to have this transaction executed and because of that we must act swiftly.However, I need to receive your full details ,telephone numbers for reconfirmation,as well to officially write an application for claim to the probate Registry on your behalf; hence the procedure that will necessitate the final transfer of this estate to you will start in earnest.

We will handle all the legal processes, filing of papers and payment of the filing fees. You will only be responsible for the grant of letter of Administration. To obtain the grant naturally, you would have to apply yourself to the Probate Registry. But in this case, I will have to apply on your behalf because of the circumstances of your nomination which only we are aware of. For this reason I strongly appeal to your understanding on the need for absolute confidentiality. In applying by yourself, you will have to be scheduled for an interview with probate. The purpose of the interview is to confirm from you certain details concerning the deceased from you the applicant.
I will advice professionally that we avoid the interview. To avoid that, we will have to first go to the court to depose to an affidavit of support of claim. This is a document in which we shall be asked to sign under a form of oath and to swear or affirm before the court that the information we shall be giving about you is true to the best of our knowledge. The Affidavit contains information about the deceased together with the values of the gross and net Estate. With that document and the original of the death certificate of the deceased, I will be able to obtain the application forms for you at the probate for the grant. These forms will be sent to you to fill and return back for proper submission.
These forms ask for details of the deceased and yourself as applicant. In all cases of obtaining a grant, applications are required. The amount of the application depends on the size of the estate involved and the grant will not be issued until the application is received. Nevertheless, we therefore require putting up an application on your behalf on our letter head as your Attorney attached to the application form and the original death certificate of the deceased. The grant will be issued after this and the confirmation of the receipt of theapplication and the papers. This could be subject to your opinion or discretion. The grant will be taken to the bank for the inheritance to be changed to your name.Regarding the legality of this transaction, you have nothing to worry about in regards to the your security,i assure you one more time that this transaction is 100% risk free,and above board. The legal aspect was taken into consideration before you were contacted. Be rest assured that nothing illegal is involved on this transaction.
By this, you will need to instruct the bank on the transfer to the bank account which will be filled on the application form by you. Kindly let us know which physical address will be required for all the documentations. Note please that the grant or grant of letter of Administration is referring to the same thing.
