Thank you for your respond,my duty is to change the fund to your name with the entire certificate that cover this fund and program your name in our bank cable network as the original beneficiary of the fund and this will cost me money to do it about $1600 and is my responsibility.

Your duty is when I am successfully changed the fund to your name I will give you my bank contact for you to contact them and claim the fund because by then it will belong to you and official to my bank and this account has been dormant so you will be asked by the bank to activate the account before the bank can have full access to the account and transfer the money to you in your country.
