My name is Joseph Peterson and I’m replying in respond to the last email you sent to my office. I have been appointed to handle your transaction due to the difficulties that you may encounter during your effort to claim your Funds/Payment. I am very much aware of your ordeal towards actualizing the release of your long delayed payment to no avail. Not very long after the World Bank completed the acquisition process of all pending payments; I discovered that the previous agent in charge of your funds remittance conspired with some top officials of the World Bank to divert the funds already approved to settle overdue inheritances, email lottery winners and international contractors.

The World Bank has already given approval for the payment of your fund while they deliberately delay your payment and continue to demand fees from different departments mostly from Africa, the UK, Europe and Asia all in an attempt to enrich their private accounts. Your fund was authorized to be paid to you through the World Bank accredited affiliate with a Key Tested Reference/Claim Code Number, which was supposed to have been issued to you before now.

Upon response to this message and payment billed for processing of your funds release; I shall guide you and provide you with best of my services on how your funds will be released to you without any more complications. You are to make a one-time fee for the processing and remittance of your funds and no such amount can be deducted from the total sum due to the fact that funds was long insured by the Remittance Unit with a hard policy that only the beneficiary can withdraw from the total Sum.

I must arrange and submit your paper works and files in order to facilitate your funds release. The processing of your ATM VISA CARD/ Cashier’s Check will commence as soon you read and understand the terms of this transaction. The pending security fee has been sorted out by the International Compensation Payment Scrutinize Unit.
