My client is seeking for a Joint Investment Partnership in which you
are to have exclusive control of his funds and investing the funds
into any investment areas of your choice without his interference.
However, all investments shall not openly recognize my client’s
ownership and shall observe strict confidentiality because of his
status as the serving President of his country.

1. If you are considered credible, you will enter a fund management
agreement with my client, and thereafter, these funds will be handed
over to you for investments.

2. You will be assigned with exclusive rights to manage the funds and
